Terms & Conditions:

• A minimum of 4 rooms must be booked per group.
• Only group bookings are accepted.
• Rates are based on double occupancy per room.
• All room rates are subject to 15% VAT and 10% service charge.
• Room tariff includes breakfast for two adults and one child under 12 years.
• Supplement charges apply for additional guests:
  • BDT 1,500 per extra adult (per night)
  • BDT 550 per child under 12 (per night)
• Maximum occupancy per room: 3 adults or 2 children.
• All reservations must be secured with 100% advance payment of the total room cost for the entire stay.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will result in a full advance payment penalty.
